No Lot Trait Visual Effects

Removes the particles that float around sims' heads when a lot trait is boosting their skills.

This mod removes the floating particle effects around sims' heads that pop up when their skills are being boosted by an active lot trait.

It modifies the effect itself and turns it invisible, therefore the mod doesn't override any tuning and should not break with game updates or conflict with other mods.
