This mod prevents rain during any festival so your sims can enjoy the activities without being soaking wet or running the risk of getting hit by lightning.
If it's already raining when a festival starts, a different weather will be chosen based on the current season.
The mod requires owning any pack that includes festivals, such as City Living or Snowy Escape.
