IMPORTANT: As of Patch 1.103.250, the issue has been fixed and this mod is no longer needed.
When at a restaurant lot, it's common to notice sims not finishing their meals.
This is because the games gives extreme priority to drinking over eating, which means sims finish their drink before their food and consider the meal to be "finished". This behaviour only occurs in restaurants.
This mod fixes this by reducing the drinking priority to a more reasonable amount.
